Made to Order

Most Quinn Studio pieces are made to order with care. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

If a piece is in stock and ready to ship, this will be noted on the product page.

Need your order by a specific date? Whether it's a birthday, anniversary or special occasion, send us an email before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

Tracking

All orders are sent via DHL or Australia Post Express Post with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, delivery timeframes are outside of our control. If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please get in touch and we'll do our best to assist.
