Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Quinn Studio pieces.

As most of our jewellery is made to order, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Please Note

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bespoke, customised and special-order pieces cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Faulty Items

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or you believe there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us at hello@quinnstudio.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

Approved faults will be repaired, replaced or refunded where appropriate.
